🏡 Akhard Haus Property Rules To ensure comfort, safety, and respect for all guests, please take note of the following rules: 1. Check-in & Check-out: • Check-in: From 2:00 PM • Check-out: By 11:00 AM • Late check-out attracts an extra charge unless approved in advance. 2. Visitors: • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. • Visitors are not permitted after 10:00 PM. 3. Noise & Conduct: • Maintain quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior is not allowed. 4. Smoking Policy: • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms. A fine of 10,000 FCFA applies for violations. • Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas. 5. Parties & Events: • Parties or gatherings must be approved in advance. • Maximum of 10 persons per apartment for events. • A 30,000 FCFA refundable caution fee applies for events. 6. Property Care: • Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or stains caused during their stay. • The cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the caution fee or charged to the guest. 7. Cleanliness: • Keep the space tidy. • Dishes and kitchen items should be cleaned before check-out. 8. Security: • Always lock doors and windows when leaving. • Akhard Haus is not responsible for lost valuables left unattended. 9. Illegal Activities: • Illegal substances, weapons, or any unlawful activities are strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate eviction and police involvement. 10. Respect: • Please treat staff, other guests, and property items with respect at all times.
